The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) has officially opened the 2025 application procedure.

Applications at the moment are open and will close on 15 December 2024.

*** Who qualifies for NSFAS funding

To qualify for NSFAS funding, an applicant must fulfill the subsequent requirements:

• Be considered a South African citizen or copyright who emanates from a house using a combined gross residence earnings that does not exceed R350 000 per annum.

• People with disabilities qualify if their combined residence profits would not exceed R600 000 per annum.

• SASSA recipients immediately qualify for funding and need not post any proof of income.

*** Loan Scheme for the Missing Middle
